Beschreibung
Cabernet Sauvignon is one of the most famous grape varieties in the world. This grape variety, first mentioned in Bordeaux in France, has found a perfect home in the Central Valley of Chile. The grape variety is a natural cross between Cabernet Franc and Sauvignon Blanc and ripens very late. The grape contains a particularly large number of seeds and pigments, which give the wine lots of tannins and a deep dark colour.
Today, for many wine lovers, Cabernet Sauvignon is considered the ultimate in red wines.
The name LOS MORROS means "the hills". That describes the rolling hills of vineyards that run along the Maipo Valley and the family winery of oenologist Miguel Besoain. They continue further south through the Central Valley of Chile.
